ChatInfra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates chatinfra.com and panel.chatinfra.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We collect only what we need to run the service and respond to inquiries.

Contact form

When you submit our contact or setup support form, we collect the fields you provide:

  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Subject / inquiry type
  • Message

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the setup support you requested. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Account data

When you create an account on panel.chatinfra.com, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. This is used to operate your account and deliver the service.

Usage and session data

We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes. This data is retained for a limited period and is not used for advertising.

Cookies

We use functional session cookies required to operate the panel (authentication, session state). When configured for the web deployment, we may also load Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of our marketing pages and improve site content. We do not use analytics for advertising personalization or cross-site ad targeting.

Third-Party Services

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, email delivery) to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Payments, if applicable, are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
