Use this public page to request deletion of your ChatInfra account and associated data, or to request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account.
Account deletion request steps
How to request deletion
- 1Email support@chatinfra.com from the email address on your ChatInfra account.
- 2Use the subject Delete my ChatInfra account.
- 3Include your account email and any workspace names needed to identify the account.
- 4After identity confirmation, account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Data deleted with your account
Account deletion removes account profile data, authentication identifiers tied to the account, hosted workspace configuration, workflow settings, tool settings, user-created content tied to the account, and contact or support request data tied to the account where applicable.

Data retained for limited periods
Some data may be retained only where needed for backups, security, billing, disputes, or legal compliance.
- Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes, up to 30 days.
- Security, abuse-prevention, and audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations.
- Legal compliance records may be retained as required by applicable law.
Partial data deletion
You may request deletion of specific workspace, contact, support, or tool-connection data without deleting your full ChatInfra account. Send partial deletion requests to support@chatinfra.com, and include the account email plus the data or workspace names we should review.
