Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the ChatInfra service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “ChatInfra”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of chatinfra.com.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chatinfra.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Hosted Agent Workspaces

ChatInfra provides hosted environments (“workspaces”) for running AI agent workflows. You may use workspaces to build and operate Skills, connect messaging channels, and configure MCP tools within the bounds of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use workspaces only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other people
  • Impersonate individuals or organisations
  • Scrape, abuse, or circumvent limits on third-party services connected via MCP or messaging connectors
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms without prior notice.

Skills

“Skills” are configured AI workflows you create, publish, or share using ChatInfra. You are solely responsible for:

  • The content, outputs, and behaviour of your Skills
  • Compliance with the terms of any third-party services your Skills connect to
  • Ensuring your Skills do not violate any person’s privacy or rights

ChatInfra does not review Skill outputs in real time and is not liable for any harm caused by the actions of your agents or Skills.

Billing and Payment

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Service Availability

The ChatInfra service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Intellectual Property

The ChatInfra platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely as needed to provide the service.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatInfra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatInfra is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
